DROP OFF

You have until midnight the following day to pay the drop-off charge. Rates are as follows:

• £7 for 10 minutes
• £1 for each additional minute up to 20 minutes
• There is a maximum daily charge of £27 and a maximum length of stay of 30 minutes

PICKUP

If you are using a vehicle over eight seats or a minibus or coach to pick up passengers at London Gatwick, you will need to use the coach park facility located on the South Terminal ring road.

You can pre-book your Coach Park Permit in advance or purchase on arrival. Payments can be made by debit or credit card. Prebook on Simplyture.

The Coach Park Permit entitles you to stay for up to three hours in the coach park and to pick your passengers up from either the North or South Terminal. You will not be subject to an additional drop-off fee when you pick up as this charge is included in the charges detailed below.

Please note that once you enter the coach park, you are not able to leave until your passengers are waiting on the forecourt and ready to board.

The roll up price for one visit is £28.65.

The Coach Park is a ticketless car park. The fee is calculated by using ANPR (Automated Number Plate Recognition) technology, which tracks your vehicle movements in and out of the coach park to determine the correct fee to charge.

If you have purchased a Coach Park Permit and stay over three hours in the coach park you will need to pay additional charges.

• Up to 1 additional hour - £7.50
• 1 to 2 hours - £12
• 2 to 3 hours - £18
• 3 to 24 hours - £20
• Over 24 hours - £25 per 24 hours or part thereof

There are three ways to pay:

1. Pay for parking automatically - Use AutoPay for the easiest payment method. Set up your AutoPay account
2. Pay later online - You can pay up to 24 hours after driving out of the coach park. Pay with debit or credit card.
3. Pay before leaving - Pay by credit or debit card using the virtual (online) pay machine. Scan the RFID tag/QR code on the signage located at the coach park office. After payment, you have 15 minutes to leave without further charges.

Remember you will need your registration number to pay. Cash and cheques not accepted.
